Legal Notice for Public Hearing on April 11, 2017

 

 

The Village of Sackets Harbor Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing to present the Proposed Village Budget for 2017-2018 on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, beginning at 6:30pm at the Municipal Building, 112 North Broad Street, Sackets Harbor, New York.  The Public Hearing will be immediately followed by the monthly Village Board Meeting.

 

The proposed Village Budget for 2017-2018 is available for review at the Village Office during regular business hours.  Any persons requiring special accommodations in order to attend the meeting and participate in such hearing should notify the Village Offices at least three business days prior to the date and time of the public hearing.

 

 

 

A Public Hearing has been set by the Sackets Harbor Village Board of Trustees to address the application for a proposed amendment to, and clarification of, the Madison Barracks’ Planned Development District, involving the use of the existing structure at 100 Vollum Rd, Sackets Harbor NY 13685. The owner, Mark Crandall, seeks approval to use the lot/building as a single family residence, and for multi-family and commercial uses permitted for adjacent structures, subject to further site plan review and approval.

 

This hearing will take place during the Village Board meeting on April 11, 2017 beginning at 6:30 pm at the Municipal Building at 112 N. Broad St., Sackets Harbor.

 

Communication in writing may be filed with the Village Office at PO Box 335, Sackets Harbor, NY 13685 or emailed to the Village Clerk at villageclerk@sacketsharbor-ny.gov, or at the hearing. Individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing should notify the Village Office at least three business days prior to the hearing.
