A public hearing will be held on Thursday June 20, 2019 at
5:30 pm, at the Municipal Building, 112 N. Broad Street, Sackets Harbor,
regarding the application for:
#19-17,
Justin and Melinda Hoag, 104 Dodge Avenue, Sackets Harbor. Applicant requests a Side
Yard Variance to construct a 12 x 12 storage shed in the backyard of the
residence. The project is located in the Village Residential and Historic
Overlay Zoning Districts as well as the National Register District and requires
Site Plan review under the Zoning Law of the Village of Sackets Harbor.
