Present: Mayor Vincent Battista,
Deputy Mayor Barbara Boulton, Trustee Daniel Frechette, Trustee Molly Reilly,
Trustee James Bray.
The meeting was called to order
at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
OLD
BUSINESS
Mayor Battista made a motion,
seconded by Trustee Reilly, to sign the agreement to move forward with joining
the Tri Count Energy Consortium. In a roll call vote there were 2 ayes
(Battista and Reilly), and 3 nays (Frechette, Boulton and Bray). The motion
failed to pass.
The
meeting was adjourned at 6:33 pm in a motion made by Mayor Battista, seconded
by Trustee Bray. Vote 5 ayes (Battista, Boulton, Frechette, Reilly and Bray), 0
nays.
