SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
April 11, 2007
I. Call to Order
Vice Chairman Warneck called the meeting to order at 7:02p.m.
II. Establishment of Quorum
Members present: Vice Chairman Paul Warneck, Mary Jo Deans, Steven McPherson, Janet Quinn, and G. Hale Smith
Members absent: Eric Constance, Mark Crandall and ZEO James Corbin
V. Old Business
A. 07-01 Liberty Sackets Harbor, 207 General Smith Drive; applicant proposes a 13 lot Cluster Development. Project requires review under the Historic District Guidelines, the Zoning Laws of the Village of Sackets Harbor for Site Plan Review and Subdivision Control Law. The project was advertised and a public hearing was held.
A motion was made by Steven McPherson, seconded by G. Hale Smith to amend the previous approval for the duplex lots 5 & 6 to the drawings dated 4/11/07 - A-101, A-201, A-202, & A-601. Vote carried 5-0
Chairman Warneck noted that all amendments and restrictions will be included in the Homeowner's Association deed restrictions and follow the properties (including the two buildings on General Smith Drive).
A motion was made by Mary Jo Deans, seconded by Steven McPherson to approve the final elevations dated 3/19/07 - A-101, A-201, A-202, & A-601 with the shingle style, type and color and the stone work to match the freight house. Vote carried 5-0
VI. Adjournment
The next Regular Planning Board Meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building. There being no additional business, a motion was made by Steven McPherson, seconded by Chairman Paul Warneck to adjourn the meeting at 8:09pm. Vote carried 6-0
