St: Applicant would like to construct a privacy fence on the property and
requests a variance for a 6’ high fence. They have rescue dogs and would like a
solid cedar fence that has a scalloped top edge.
A letter is attached to the
application from a neighbor that does not oppose the fence.
Chair Constance read §4-8 C of
the Village Zoning Law, that no front yard fence may exceed five feet.
