The public hearing was closed at
4:37 in motion made by Jon Constance, seconded by Theo Misiewicz. Vote 3 ayes

A motion was made to approve the
variance as presented by John Kenna, seconded by Theo Misiewicz. Vote 3 ayes, (Constance,
Misiewicz and Kenna), 0 nays
