The meeting was called to order at 4:03pm by acting chairman
John Kenna. Members present John Kenna, Floyd Dame and Theodore Misiewicz.
Members absent were Jon Constance and Larry Barone.
Minutes from November 14, 2016 were approved in a motion made
by Theodore Misiewicz, seconded by Floyd Dame. Vote 3 ayes (Misiewicz, Dame,
and Kenna), 0 nays. Minutes from May 2,
2017 could not be approved due to the absence of Floyd Dame from the May 2,
2017 meeting and Jon Constance and Larry Barone at this meeting; they will be
reviewed at the next meeting..
#17-24 Lawrence and Constance Barone, 411 General
Smith Drive, Sackets Harbor. Applicants request Subdivision Review to
create two lots from one parcel.
Applicants are requesting an area variance. The project is located in
the Village Residential Zoning District as well as the Historic Overlay and
National Register Districts.
The meeting was opened for a public hearing at 4:05
PM with a motion by Floyd Dame, seconded by Theo Misiewicz. Vote 3 ayes
(Misiewicz, Dame, and Kenna), 0 nays. No
comments. Floyd Dame made a motion to close the public hearing at 4:05pm,
seconded by John Kenna. Vote 3 ayes (Misiewicz, Dame, and Kenna), 0 nays.
Theodore Misiewicz
made a motion to table the application until the applicants were available to
answer some questions that the board had. The motion was seconded by Floyd
Dame. Vote
3 ayes (Misiewicz, Dame, and Kenna), 0 nays.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at
4:20pm by Floyd Dame, seconded by John Kenna. Vote 3 ayes
(Misiewicz, Dame, and Kenna), 0 nays.
