The meeting was called to order at 4:31 pm by Chair
Constance. Members present Jon Constance, John Kenna, Floyd Dame, Theodore
Misiewicz and Larry Barone.
Minutes
from the September 14, 2017 meeting were approved in a motion made by Floyd
Dame, seconded by John Kenna. Vote 4 ayes (Constance, Misiewicz, Dame, and
Kenna) (1 abstention Barone)

New Business
#17-30 Deborah McCabe, 203 S. Broad Street, Sackets
Harbor.
Applicant requests to build a 20’ wide by 28’ deep garage. Applicant
is requesting a side-yard variance. The project is located in the Village
Residential Zoning District.
The
public hearing was opened at 4:32 pm at which time Chairman Constance read a letter
from the neighbors of Deborah McCabe, Phillip & Janet Fay, that they are
not opposed to the building of the 20’ wide by 28’ deep garage. The public
hearing was closed at 4:35 pm with a motion by Theodore Misiewicz, second by
Floyd Dame. Vote 5 ayes (Constance, Misiewicz, Dame, Barone and Kenna)
0 nays. A
motion was made by Chairman Constance to grant relief of 4-1/2’, with max of 1’
over hang for roof, variance from building, seconded by Floyd Dame. Vote
5 ayes (Constance, Misiewicz, Dame, Barone and Kenna) 0 nays.
A motion
to adjourn the meeting was made at 4:50 PM by John Kenna, and seconded by Floyd
Dame. Vote
5 ayes (Constance, Misiewicz, Dame, Barone and Kenna) 0 nays.
