The meeting
was called to order at 4:00 pm by Acting Chairman John Kenna. Members present
John Kenna, Floyd Dame, Theodore Misiewicz and Larry Barone. Absent was
Chairman Jon Constance.

meeting were approved in a motion made by Theo Misiewicz, seconded by Floyd
Dame. Vote 4 ayes (Misiewicz, Dame, Barone and Kenna) 0 nays.
New Business
#18-01, Gordon Jacobs, 633 S. Hamilton Street, Watertown,
NY.
Applicant requests a side-yard variance to construct an addition to
create a one story apartment and a shed side yard variance at 113 West Main
Street. The proposed project is in Village Center Zoning District, the Historic
Overlay and National Register District.
Acting Chair
Kenna opened the public hearing at 4:02 pm, with no comments made; the public
hearing was closed at 4:03 pm with a motion by Floyd Dame, seconded by Larry
Barone. Vote 4 ayes (Misiewicz, Dame, Barone and Kenna) 0 nays.
After the
applicant Gordon Jacobs explained the project, Floyd Dame made a motion to
grant a 3 foot variance on the East Side for the addition & porch, with the
addition being built on the original footprint. The motion was seconded by
Larry Barone. Vote 4 ayes (Misiewicz,
Dame, Barone and Kenna) 0 nays.
The shed does
not require a variance because of the size.
A motion was made at 4:32 by Theo Misiewicz to adjourn, seconded by
John Kenna. Vote 4 ayes
